By using www.innofab.net or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

Give accurate information, keep your sign-in details safe, and tell us if you think your account has been misused. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Orders and prices

Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds. An order is accepted once we confirm it. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a price is clearly wrong, or the order appears fraudulent.

Payment and delivery

We currently accept cash on delivery. Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days across Egypt. These times are estimates.

Returns

You can contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a refund or exchange. Custom-made items may not be returnable unless they arrive damaged or do not match the agreed request.

Custom prints and uploaded files

You confirm that you have the right to use any file you send us. You keep ownership of your files, and we use them only to quote and make your request. Printed parts can vary slightly in color, finish and dimensions.

Electronic components

Components are intended for education, prototyping and hobby projects. Follow the correct voltage and safety practices. Components are not certified for medical, safety-critical or life-support use.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, InnoFab is not liable for indirect losses, or for damage caused by incorrect wiring or misuse. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Egyptian consumer law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms, and the effective date shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt.
