Privacy Policy

InnoFab is an online store in Egypt that sells 3D printed products, custom 3D printing services and electronic components at www.innofab.net. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we use it, who receives it and the choices you have.

Data we collect

  • Account data: your name, email address, phone number and password. Passwords are stored only as a secure hash.
  • Order data: your name, email, phone number, delivery address, ordered items, selected options, notes and any promo code used.
  • Custom print requests: your contact details, the files you upload, and your material, color, quantity and notes.
  • Technical data: your IP address and browser details, which are used for security, abuse prevention and request logs.
  • Data stored in your browser: a sign-in cookie and your shopping cart. We use a temporary security cookie during Google sign-in.

Google sign-in

If you choose Continue with Google, we request the openid, email and profile permissions. We receive your Google account ID, name, email address, email verification status and profile picture. We also store the access token issued by Google, along with its type, scope and expiry, on your account record.

We use this data only to create your InnoFab account, sign you in and show your account details. We do not read your Gmail, contacts or files.

InnoFab's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.

How we use your data

  • To create and secure your account.
  • To process, deliver and support your orders and custom requests.
  • To send account and order emails, such as verification, password reset and order confirmation messages.
  • To contact you about your order by phone or WhatsApp.
  • To prevent fraud and abuse and to keep the site running.

Who receives your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only when needed to run the store:

  • Email provider: Resend, to deliver account and order emails.
  • Google: when you choose to sign in with Google.
  • Delivery partners: the details needed to deliver your order.
  • Authorities: when the law requires it.

Storage and security

Your data and uploaded files are stored on our private server, including its backups. We use encrypted HTTPS connections, hashed passwords, access-controlled administration and signed sign-in cookies. No online service can guarantee complete security.

How long we keep data

We keep account data while your account is active, and order records for as long as needed to provide support and meet legal and accounting duties. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, and we will delete it unless we must keep it by law.

Your choices

  • Ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, using the contact details below.
  • Remove InnoFab's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
  • Clear your browser cookies and storage to remove the data saved in your browser.

Children

InnoFab is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. Contact us if you believe a child has given us personal data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.
